Info about SOCIS projects

Greetings

I've noticed Cesium's projects at ESA's SOCIS page and I have been skimming through Cesium's homepage, looks amazing!

What kind of students Cesium is looking for to work in these projects? I have basic javascript and ML knowledge. Are said projects meant for people with advanced experience or can someone build up from basics into completing the project?
