Hm… could you try the workarounds suggested in this thread?

Connect to Cesium Ion button not launching web browser

When trying to connect to cesium Ion from the USD composer, every time I click the “Connect to Cesium ion” button, it launches a windows explorer vs. the web login page. Tried USD Composer 2023.2.4 and 2023.2.5 and using the 0.24.0 Cesium plugin with the 0.6.0 Cesium USD plugin. Anyone know what’s going on? Thanks!
