Thank you for your post - I just reported the broken link internally. Cesium ion SDK provides users with an analytic toolkit, them to unlock insights from their geospatial and 3D data. Here is a high-level guide to Cesium ion SDK:
Cesium ion SDK will give you access to the measurement tools that you are looking for. It also includes tools for calculating volume, etc. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
