Light Heavy Industries put together a visualization of a ghost fleet of ships using Cesium for Unreal.
Mallows Bay in Virginia is the resting place of >100 wooden steamships built for WWI but never used. Today, the remains of only a few of the ships are visible above the waterline, but the outlines of most ships can still be seen. Light Heavy Industries brought aerial imagery of the site into Unreal Engine with Cesium for Unreal and added ship models to give an idea of what the fleet would have looked like a century ago.
