Paid map database for offline use

Hello,

I am looking for a high quality map database to use on an air-gapped system. I know that there are tools that can be used to curate my own from free sources but I am looking for something quicker. Can the community point me towards any paid databases that I can use with Cesium? I am looking for a global database.

I thought that Ion was for online use. You can also provide offline map assets? What quality are those assets (<10m?) and what is the pricing?
