Rendering issues at the poles using Cesium Lunar Tiles (UE 5.3.2)

I’ve been experimenting with the Cesium Lunar Tiles in Unreal Engine 5.3.2. However, I noticed that there are issues rendering the poles. I noticed that there is a noticeable box around the center of the pole.The box itself is slightly opaque, and there are some more shaded boxes inside of it. Is there any way to remove these artifacts? Many thanks.


Hi @kyleaero, those artifacts appear to be in the tileset itself, perhaps as a result of the polar imagery coming from a different source. There’s no way to eliminate them on the client, as far as I’m aware. You can see the list of datasets included in Cesium Moon Terrain here:
