Sample 3D KML displaying

Dear Sir,

I prepared 3D data and then using Geoserver published as KML service and trying to display in Google earth and cesium

the same KML file shows the data in Google Earth but it doesn’t show the height of the building

but again same KML service in Cesium doesn’t show anything
