Supllied element not support dispatchEvent

I am using cesium in a C# webBrowser and I get this script error.
What can I do to fix it? What does the error mean? it works fine in chrome but in the c# webbrowser it does this.

I’m unable to reproduce this using Cesium Viewer instead of a WPF app. Can you post a small example to recreate the problem?

Also, what version of IE are you using. Mine is

Version: 11.0.9600.17201

Update Version: 11.0.10 (KB2962872)
