I am trying to capture the cesiumJS screen and output it as a video in a commercial project for a company.
I want to display terrain data using Cesium.Terrain.fromWorldTerrain() in cesium JS.
If my monthly data usage is within the free range, can I still use it for free for commercial purposes?

Regardless of data usage, the community plan is restricted to evaluation purposes only for commercial use. So you can use the community plan while determining if Cesium will meet your needs for making a video. Once you have determined that Cesium will meet your requirements and start using it for production, you must upgrade to a paid plan. See the Pricing FAQ on the Cesium website for more information.
