Hello! This is my first day using Cesium for Unreal. Along with the Cesium Sky I am also using Sky Atmosphere, which appears to render properly in the viewport but leaves a black bar on the horizon. Almost as though the landscape was rending below the horizon.
I would also like to know how I can get all the tile within the camera’s FOV to render with the detail (as it does in the lower right of these images. Is there a tutorial someone can point me to?
Any insights into solving these issues are greatly appreciated!
Could you explain the different circumstances between the two screenshots in your post? You said that things seem to render properly in the viewport, so I assume that’s your second screenshot. But where is the first screenshot taken from? Is this in Play Mode on the Desktop? Something else?
It would also help to know the versions of Unreal Engine and Cesium for Unreal you’re using so we can compare setups. The Cesium for Unreal plugin version is listed in the lower right corner of the Cesium editor panel. Thanks!
Also, something that confuses me a bit is that CesiumSunSky already contains a SkyAtmosphere component. Is there any reason that you’re duplicating it?
Hi @janine, thanks for replying to the post. The first screenshot is the output of the Movie Render Queue. The atmospherics didn’t seem to render at all. I’ll do as you suggest though and turn off the second SkyAtmosphere to see if that helps.
