Why is Solar Time between 4.0 and 22.0?

Hi! In cesium sunsky, Date and Time → Solar Time, I want to know why it is between 4.0 and 22.0? Thanks a lot!

I’m honestly not sure why we chose those numbers. You can set any value between 0 and 23.9999 by entering it manually, though. It’s only when “sliding” that you’re limited to the smaller range. If you find yourself wanting to use values outside that range, though, it’s probably an indication that you should set the time zone property appropriately.

I have tried it and it really is what you have said. From 0 to 23.999.
