Wierd popping when exporting video

Any ideas on how I can reduce / remove the popping from rendered videos like this one?

I’m using google map tiles, unreal 5.2.1 and version 1.28.0-82 of the plugin from github (although exactly the same thing happened in the previous marketplace version.
“Use LOD transitions” is ticked off.
“Maximum screen space error” is 8 but happens regardless of this number.
The popping happens in both realtime viewport playback and when rendering out a video.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
