WMS as basis for vegetation

Hello. We have access to WMS maps of various vegetation, and would like to spawn foliage accordingly. Should we look to the niagra c++ tutorial, or is there a shorter path to this goal?

I believe the Niagara procedural foliage tutorial is your best bet for now. That being said, if you have access to vegetation maps, I’m guessing there would be a way to bypass some of the steps in that tutorial and use your maps instead. I’m afraid I can’t offer more specific advice, as it’s not something I’ve tried, but if you make any progress, please consider posting an update here! Spawning foliage from vegetation maps would be great to have in the plugin at some point, and anything you learn could be helpful to future contributors.
