Hey i’ve seen that there seems to be some issue with unreal 5.3 and cesium cartographic polygon and i would like to know if there’s any possible workaround or any cesium version with this feature working, i’m currently using v2.12.0 and i just reproduced the tutorial for the polygon and got this bug. I would rather not have to upgrade my unreal version in order to fix this but if it works and its the only possible solution perhaps i will have to because i need to get this working this week.
Sorry that you’re experiencing trouble with the plugin. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can reproduce this issue. I’m using UE 5.3 and Cesium v2.12.0, and I am able to apply polygon clipping to Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles pictured here:
Under the Polygons array, add the Cesium Cartographic Polygon I created in Step 2.
Can you confirm that you did the same steps? It would also help if you could see whether other tilesets show the same problem, like Cesium World Terrain. Thank you!
Hey janine thank you for your response, i figured that using maximum screen space error at 0 was causing this issue, after setting to a higher value everything works as expected.
