Cesium Extension Does Not Load In Composer 2023.2.5

I am following the steps for installing the Cesium extension for Ominiverse Composer 2023.2.5 located here: Cesium for Omniverse Quickstart – Cesium

I never get the prompt in Step 7 and I cannot find the extension tab anywhere in Composer.

I uninstalled the Cesium extension, reinstalled, then it started working.
