When I load non global terrain, the upsampling area is wrong
Thanks for reaching out. I’m looking in to this issue. Are you able to provide the dataset that you’re using so that I can test it out on my end?

It may be a bug. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Please see this post for an update on this issue. Essentially, it seems to be an issue with the tool used to generate the dataset. You may want to consider hosting and tiling the data through Cesium ion.
