HOW can add arcgis map or google map ? not only the bingmap.

For Google Maps, please see Google maps instead of Bing maps please - #2 by Shehzan_Mohammed.
For ArcGIS Maps, you can create a new component for Cesium World Terrain and use the URL for ArcGIS TMS layer and link that in the URL field.
