How to convert from shp and obj files to citygml

Hi,

I have a shp file and obj files, Shp file keeps coordinates of obj files.

How to convert these files to citygml with textured. I tried by FME but fail

Nether of these formats are relevant to Cesium, but you can take a look at 3D Tiles. Contact tim@agi.com to convert data to 3D Tiles.
