We’re excited to announce enhanced file management in Cesium ion. These changes are rolling out today and will complete over the weekend.
Try these new My Assets features and let us know what you think!
- Separate source and tiled assets: Set the “Type” filter to “Any”. You can manage source and tiled assets independently, including deleting source files you don’t need.
- Easily explore related assets: On the right-hand detail pane, use the “Related assets” list to understand the relationships among files. Search within the list to limit the My Assets results to the set of related assets.
- New ways to filter assets: Use the “Type” and “Graphics Type” filters to explore your assets.
We also adjusted the ion storage calculation to include some data that was previously not tracked. As a result, your reported storage total might be higher than before. But … we also doubled your storage quota!
You will be seeing the increased storage showing up today in your Cesium ion Dashboard. The update can take some time, so please be patient.
