We would like to know a little more about this issue you are experiencing. When you say the earth can’t load textures, are you seeing the earth model, but with a blank white material without textures? Or are you seeing nothing at all? If you are seeing a blank white material, you may want to check your ion access token for the RasterOverlay on Cesium World Terrain.
