Layer opacity,cesium for omniverse

Hi,i want to set the transparency of a layer,but dont drag the slider of ‘Display Opacity’

This only works for imagery layers currently. Select the imagery layer and then change the alpha property.

I opened a PR so that Display Color and Display Opacity work or tilesets as well.

My sofeware interface dosen’t have the parameter settings of Alpha
