PolygonOverlay: Fragments of geometry still visible

Hi,

I am using poylgon raster overlay to mask out a certain area of a city.
But still there are fragments of geometry popping in / out , varying on distance of camera:

Any idea?

I assume that this is the same as CartographicPolygon: Clipping not precise , so the discussion should probably happen there. (Drop me a note if this is not the same issue)
