An issue with my Photogrammetry upload

Hello, I have uploaded a photogrammetry model exported from Reality Capture. However, when I am adjusting the tile location, I am not able to see the model.

Cesium ID of the Model: 2629096

Hi,

I apologize that you are seeing issues with your model. To gather more information, can you please confirm if you can see the model before trying to adjust its location. The reason for this is to narrow down if this is an issue with the viewer or the tiler.

Also can you let me know which options you picked when uploading the model: specifically the tiler type and compression options.

Hello Ankit, thank you for your response.

I am not able to see the model before I try to adjust its location as well.

I tried uploading it as both 3D Capture and 3D Model (3D Tile). Draco compression for both.
I’ve uploaded 15 other similar models as 3D Capture with Draco compression setting. Didn’t face any issue. Found issues only with this one. It would be great if you could help me with this.

Hi,

Our team has identified the root cause of the issue in our pipeline causing this behavior. They will be addressing it in the next update of our tiling pipeline which should happen very soon. In the meantime, if you would like we can upload the correct tiled asset to your account.
