I think you may be running into the issue described here:

PlayMovieSequencer blueprint node freezes MRQ render after v2.15.0

Why this setup don’t work anymore, MRQ render just freezes when I hit render. It worked just fine in v2.15.0, but all following versions seem to be affected. [Screenshot 2025-07-31 104636e]
