Hi @iv1,
I haven’t seen an error like that. As a total guess, maybe check for files in the package output directory that are marked read-only or that are open in another problem. Nothing in there is obviously Cesium related, so does it happen even when the Cesium plugin is disabled? It could be worth asking your question on a more general Unreal Engine forum.
